This luxurious shuttered suite overlooks the courtyard at the back of the house, a very mature giant Redwood, the garden and hills beyond. It has a king-size antique carved wooden bed, marble topped furniture and a stunning marble fireplace with a carved wooden overmantle. This room exudes romance: the bathroom features a gorgeous hand-painted mural, a stand-alone roll top bath and walk-in shower with a travertine seat. It is centrally heated, and the bathroom has underfloor heating as well as a heated towel rail.
Access the cosy Nature Room through double doors from the hallway on the second floor. This queen-size double room interconnects with the Green Suite and the Peach Room. It can also be locked for privacy, so that it does not interconnect. Enjoy morning tea or early evening apero on the full stone balcony, which can seat two guests. This room can only be booked as an adjoining room to the Green Room for families with children over 10, or for full house bookings.

The spacious Green Suite has morning sunshine in summer months kept cool by shutters. It overlooks the town of Pineuilh in the distance with vineyards on the hills beyond. Once the French doors are opened two stone balconies are revealed. The shutters only cover the top half of the balcony, great for fresh air whilst you sleep in the king-size bed. This room has a seating area by the marble fireplace and a large en-suite with walk-in shower. In the winter months, the bedroom is centrally heated, with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail in the shower room.

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a fridge, countertop oven, electric plug-in hob, and a Plancha for cooking outside on the terrace. The stunning king-size bedroom has stone walls and an en-suite shower room.
The balcony terrace overlooks the gardens and pool terrace and has a river view. Inside there is a kitchen corner with a fridge and a countertop oven. The electric plug-in hob and plancha can be used for outside cooking on the terrace. There is also a spacious lounge area with flat screen tv. King-size bedroom with stone walls, beams and an original stained glass window.
Our cottage has two airy king-size bedrooms. Both are en-suite: the ground floor has a bath, the first floor has a shower room and an air conditioning unit. The secluded terrace has a dining table for four and a settee, perfect for unwinding and enjoying evening drinks overlooking the lush garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor, fridge and utensils. The open plan lounge has a large,comfy seating area and a flatscreen TV. Children over 10 are accepted in the gîte
Located at the front of the house, the Studio is accessed through a double doorway in the internal entrance portal. This elegantly decorated space has a king-size bed, a seating area with flatscreen TV, and a kitchen corner with fridge, countertop oven, plug-in hob and plancha which can also be used to cook on the communal outside terrace. The bathroom has a walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit and separate toilet room.
The entire house is available for private events, such as weddings and parties. We have a licence to serve food and alcohol (no spirits) for weddings and parties up to 60 guests.
We ask that you take all rooms and apartments for a minimum of 7 nights to secure a private event. Including all rooms in the main house, apartments, gîte and studio, there are 10 double bedrooms with 8 bathrooms, accommodating a total of 20 guests.
Prices vary from the time of year. Usually requires bookings 1 year in advance with a 30 % deposit.
We probably would not have met Sainte-Foy-la-Grande if we had not met this beautiful property online. There are not so many tourists traveling here, so you can get a good impression of everyday French life. We really liked that, but on the national holiday there was also a raged festival with live music, wine, food and fireworks to admire. :) On Saturday there is a nice market in town with lots of goodies, clothes, jewelry, etc. and there are many pretty little towns to discover in the area. The drive to Sarlat is a bit further on, but on the go you can also visit a castle, a grotto or the like and just enjoy the countryside. A trip to the lively Bordeaux is also very doable. We really liked the fact that we had with Tegan a very attentive, relaxing and the privacy of their guests always respectful hostess. The delicious breakfast we were allowed to have together with other guests in the main building, the atmosphere was very informal. Tegan has fulfilled all our wishes and also considered that we do not eat meat. In the Apartment in the small garden house we felt at home. Everything was there that you need to be happy: a comfortable sofa, a soft bed, a nice, large bathroom, a small kitchenette and a wonderful terrace overlooking the large garden. Just wonderful!! All furnishings were selected with care and taste, Tegan probably has a knack for what is also confirmed in the main building. At 40 ° in the shade we were very happy with the refreshing pool and the shaded spots with loungers around it. Thank you, dear Tegan, for this beautiful break!

Stunning house in perfect location for us as we were looking for property so very well central in location. Slice of heaven behind the Maison doors absolutely gorgeous every detail in this grand old house was perfect the rooms are a breath of fresh air from your standard rooms all very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is more than enough for your day and nothing is too much from Tegan the host would highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the apartments which had a fantastic terrace overlooking the gorgeous garden. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable - we loved it. The garden was stunning, even in Breakfast was lovely. Served in a beautiful room in the house. Great variety and beautifully presented.
We rented the 2 bedroom gite for one week. The property has a superb garden with pool where it's great to hang out. The gite itself has 2 big, nice bedrooms with 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The patio of the gite is nice to sit as well. Private parking is provided. St Foy is a good location to explore the region: we've visited Bordeaux, Bergerac, did kayaking and castle visiting nearby. St Foy has many big supermarkets and there's a good bakery right across the street. The nearby country side is gorgeous.
We stayed at Tegan’s place for two nights arriving on bank holiday Monday . The house is stunning and the room spotless. Tegan was super helpful, offering to cook dinner if we weren’t able to go out for dinner. Breakfast was so good and Tegan was happy to book dinner reservations for us if required. Everything was fab!
We had an amazing experience at Tegan’s place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, updated and equipped with everything you need and bed was super comfy. Location couldn’t be better, close to all amenities but quiet. Communication with our host Tegan was quick and easy and she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She also has great knowledge of the local area. Couldn’t ask for more ,highly recommend.
We’re on a road trip touring from north to southern France and Tegan’s place is our favourite so far. The rooms are lovely, the garden is beautiful, the house where breakfast was served was stunning. It was such a peaceful place to be and Tegan was absolutely wonderful helping us with restaurant recommendations and bookings, vineyard recommendations and all round being lovely (even giving me an egg to enter my family’s Easter egg decorating contest). Breakfast was fantastic too. Highly recommend booking this amazing place.
